When you set exciting and motivating goals, you will be less likely to waste time.  It’s really easy to procrastinate when you don’t have clarity on your goals or  a daily plan to achieve them.

It  is important to take a 10-15 minute break. Listen to music, take a walk, drink something or scream into a pillow; anything that takes your mind off and allows you to relax and reduce stress, in order to continue without feeling exhausted.




5. Reward Yourself 

Promise yourself a reward. If you complete a difficult task on time. 

Reward yourself with a treat, such as a slice of cake, a glass of wine or a coffee from your favorite coffee shop. or a small present, a travel; something that you want, something that makes you happy for finishing things on time.




Procrastination can restrict your potential, reduce morale, and even lead to depression and job loss. So, it's crucial to take the steps to prevent it.
