you will be less likely to waste time. It’s really easy to procrastinate when you don’t have clarity on your goals or a daily plan to achieve them.
This happens when our to-do list seems full, too daunting or overwhelming. To stop procrastinating, set measurable,
achievable goals.
When you don’t have a clear idea to follow, you can feel confused, stuck, frustrated and powerless.
